2018:

Hospitality America, Inc hotel’s were a recipient of the Hilton’s Circle of Excellence Award in 2018

Christopher Cargen, President & CEO of Hospitality America, is pleased to announce that Iconic Santorini, was recognized as the Best Boutique Hotel on a Global Level at the Haute Grandeur Global Awards hosted on November 1, 2018 at the Palazzo Versace, Dubai.

2017:

GREENVILLE, SC – June 2017 – Windsor Aughtry Hotel Group of Greenville, SC, is the recipient of Hilton’s 2016 Development Award presented at the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference for the Embassy Suites by Hilton located in Greenville’s Downtown RiverPlace. The hotel is owned by RiverStreet Lodging, LLC, developed by Windsor Aughtry Hotel Group and managed by Hospitality America.

Situated in the midst of the energy of the City, the Embassy Suites Greenville Downtown RiverPlace offers guests the brand’s signature amenities, including complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfast, a complimentary evening cocktail reception, indoor pool, free WIFI within both studio and two-room suites – many appointed with balconies overlooking the river, Falls Park, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and all of the City’s downtown. Opened in September 2016, the 156 all-suites hotel offers guests a truly unique destination experience. 

Sizzling USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood and award-winning wines are on the menu at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, an iconic American restaurant, located in the main hotel lobby. Up on the Roof, the 10th floor, rooftop restaurant features seasonally inspired and locally sourced light fare, cocktails and regionally brewed craft beers.

The hotel includes 5,500-sq.-ft. meeting space for wedding receptions, business conferences and other events.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Brickell Downtown, FL – received the prestigious 2017 Circle of Excellence Award. This award is presented to hotels in the top 10 percent of the Hampton® Brand. Embassy Suites by Hilton, a global brand of upscale, all-suite hotels from Hilton (NYSE: HLT), recently recognized Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown Riverplace as the Connie Pride Award of Excellence winner for their outstanding achievements during the past year at the brand’s leadership conference that was held in New Orleans. The property, which is owned by River Street Lodging, LLC and managed by Hospitality America, received this award distinction among the brand’s 238 hotels.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown Riverplace was honored as a brand leader with outstanding achievement and was presented with a unique trophy. The Connie Pride Award of Excellence is awarded to 15 properties in the top 25 of the brand based on a balances scorecard from 12/1/16-11/30/17, excluding Connie Pride Award and Connie Pride- Merit Award Winners.

Featuring two-room suites, the property provides free, cooked-to-order breakfast, free Wi-Fi for Hilton Honors guests and a complimentary evening reception with drinks and snacks every night. Located at 250 Riverplace, the hotel offers guests convenient access to the award-winning Main Street, hundreds of shops and restaurants and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
