Hospitality America is pleased to announce that Preston Werner has joined the company and will serve as its Vice President of Finance.

Preston brings 7 years of financial, accounting, and operational experience to Hospitality America, including 5 years of commercial real estate asset management and 2 years of portfolio management.

Most recently, Preston was an Asset Manager at RealOp Investments a commercial real estate investment company that specializes in value-add and opportunistic acquisitions. During Preston’s tenure at RealOp Investments, he maximized value, drove returns, and mitigated investment risks through the implementation of unique strategies tailored to each asset, including expense control, innovative capital improvements, strategic lease structuring, debt management, market research analysis, and hold-sell analysis.

Preston holds a Bachler’s Degree in Corporate Finance and a specialization in Professional Golf Management from Coastal Carolina University. Preston and his wife live in Simpsonville, SC with their two children Finley and Bodhi.
